MOTORCYCLE AND POWER SPORT ENTHUSIAST WANTED!
If you're looking for an exciting, rewarding career helping customers find the right motorcycle, watercraft, ATV, SXS or snowmobile and not stuck behind a desk then THIS IS THE JOB FOR YOU! We're looking for the best of the best to join our company. We have a full line up of motorcycles, ATVs, SXS, and snowmobiles at our power sport dealership, in Oak Creek, WI.
With a heavy emphasis on customer service, you'll discuss features and benefits of vehicles to established and new customers in-person, on the phone and via e-mail in a friendly, professional and honest manner. You'll need to exude a passion for power sports (not difficult when you're surrounded by the coolest toys on the planet). You'll invite customers to the dealership and follow up with them during and after the sales process to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Your office is the largest power sports showroom in Southeast Wisconsin, packed with new and used products for you to showcase. Milwaukee Powersports is a dealer for Honda, Polaris, Can-Am, Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo, Suzuki, and Polaris Slingshot Your office view can't get any better than that!

Responsibilities
  • Bring your 'A game' along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day
  • Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life
  • Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
  • Continuously develop product and sales skills. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages and the latest technologies
  • Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
Qualifications
  • Available to work Saturdays
  • Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
  • Ready to waste no time on learning new product in's and out's, eager to improve
  • Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
